Eminent Swedish author Göran Rosenberg met with students and community members and spoke on his book A Brief Stop on the Road from Auschwitz, which won Sweden's highest literary prize, the August Prize, in 2012. Rosenberg's visit on 12-13 Nov. 2015 was sponsored by the Barbro Osher Endowed Chair in Swedish Studies, the Stroum Center for Jewish Studies, and the Department of Scandinavian Studies. Also, see Stroum Center for Jewish Studies' Director of Communications Dr. Hannah Pressman's article on Rosenberg's book and visit.
