The purpose of this student travel endowment fund shall be to provide financial assistant to support undergraduate or graduate students in the Baltic Studies Program, for the cost of travel to conferences or to study in the Baltics. This scholarship is intended to benefit students who pursue cultural understanding of Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, through life experience, and academic studies.
